Swarali
I started my journey as a dancer, gymnast, and yogi at age 6 in India. Movement became my lifeline, helping me navigate a traumatic childhood that left me feeling small and disconnected. On stage, I felt confident and powerful, but off stage, I struggled with my self-worth.
As my career blossomed, I saw how many women, like me, felt disconnected from their bodies and used dance as a way to heal and express themselves.
That’s when my passion ignited—to explore the connection between psychology and movement, and how it can reignite the body’s natural energy.
The journey took a new turn
In 2014, I moved to New York to pursue my Master's in Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), where I learned how movement can transform the mind. I combined DMT with commercial dance to make therapeutic movement more accessible.
In these sensual dance classes, I discovered many women, despite appearing confident, carried hidden insecurities that made them hesitate to take up space or embrace their sensuality.
Through strategic movement exercised and choreographies, I guided them to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their divine energy.
Goddess Synergy Movement
Empowered by the response to my approach, I created Goddess Synergy Movement (GSM), a holistic practice blending dance, movement therapy, chakra alignment, breathwork, and somatic exercises to help women reconnect with their bodies and unlock their potential.
I developed GSM into a training format, offering personalized tools for embodied confidence that women can practice anytime, anywhere. Now, GSM is evolving into a docuseries to reach more women globally.
It will highlight the struggles women face and explore movement techniques that harness our Goddess Synergies, empowering women to rely on their bodies to unlock their true potential.
